Designed and presented prototype model Robot titled ”TRACK INSPECTOR FOR AVOIDING RAIL ACCIDENTS” at IIIT Hyderabad in MAY 2007. This model is useful in avoiding rail accidents. Demo of his project was shown by GEMINI T.V NEWS Channel.
His article on “TRACK INSPECTOR ROBOT” was published in the Journal
“THE JOURNAL OF ENGINEERING STUDENTS” in Oct 2007 issue.
Has been accepted for publication in International Journal of “IURS JOURNAL OF UNMANNED ROBOTIC VEHICLES AND INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS”.
Presented a Paper/Project on Robotics at IIT-GUWAHATI at the Annual Technical Festival “TECHNICHE” held during 7th -9th September.
Won a prize for ‘ AVR MICROCONTROLLERS BUTTERFLY’ at a Workshop held at NIT-Bhopal conducted by the Department of in July 2007.

Developed a Library of functions at The Robotics Institute during last six months in OPENCV for FIRA Middle League a competition conducted by FIRA, which requires in-depth knowledge of Image Processing concepts blended with C and C++.
Participated in Robotics Contest at ‘ ROBOTICS-THE MISSION TO MARS -IIT MADRAS’ and Successfully developed a Robot which could travel the arena as stated in the Problem statement of Mission mars.
Participated in Hardware Designing Contest in ‘NATIONAL LEVEL TECHNO MANAGEMENT FESTIVAL--AAROHAN2K7’ conducted by NIT Durgapur during March 2007.
Developed ‘Electronic Guard for the blind’, a device using IR transmitter to detect objects before it and depending on the proximity of the object the device gives a sound Signal. Depending on the intensity of the sound the Blind can identify the distance of the object.

SPORTS AND GAMES ACHIVEMENTS
CMRCET teams have been proving its mettle as the No.1 at the inter college meets organized by JNTU and also various Engg. Colleges every year by winning several titles. The championships won by our students are as follows:
College Cricket team secured 1st place and won the SR Engineering College Cricket Championship for the year 2005-06.
College Cricket team secured 1st place and won the CMR Engineering College Cricket Championship for the year 2006-07.
College Cricket team secured 3rd place in the SR Engineering College Cricket Championship for the year 2006-07.
College Volley Ball team secured 1st place and won the ABVP Osmania University Championship for the year 2005-06.
